For those who would like help setting up and using their Event Design Space Planner we offer a one hour training session with one of our specialists who will work with you on a one to one basis. The session will cater to your specific needs and can be tailored as required. There is however a library of video tutorials available within the software for those who do not wish to take advantage of the Hour of Power and would rather learn at their own pace.

Event Design Certificate

This course is designed for those already working within the industry, or those who have completed a course in wedding or event planning. The event design course explores the artistic side of creating memorable events. In each unit students will discover unique and innovative ways to design and transform environments for all types of events and venues. The course is a fun blend of conceptualizing, planning and production with lots of hands-on creativity. Students will practice virtual draping, rigging, prop and centrepiece design. Students will also, look at how and where to find creative inspiration, design presentations, source materials, and learn about budgeting and event execution. Design Tool Box

Our Virtual Tool Box contains everything you could possibly need to keep up to date on event trends, create fresh designs, brainstorm ideas and put new concepts together. You will become part of a community of event designers, wedding stylists and set dressers by taking part in our design forums. With access to our Podcast Library featuring ‘sessions’ from the ‘Special Events Show’, which is the most up to date industry show in the world, you will quickly become an expert within your field. You will also be able to use our full reference library of industry articles written by people such as Colin Cowie, David Tutera and Preston Bailey, as well as links to Event Design Tools and access to our job board.
